Uffington is a small town located between Swindon
And Oxford just off the A420. There's nothing much to this
town rather than the historic White Horse, which is the largest
of its type in the world. It measures 374 feet in length and
110 feet in width.
The Uffington White Horse was thought to be of the bronze
age. However, latest technologies revealed that it was infact
not that old and it was given shape somewhere between the
800 BC and 1400 BC.
